March Madness

March Madness

Life as a One-Year-Old can be hectic.

I think I'm stuck!

I’ve been playing with my Birthday toys…

…and lounging around the house.

I went to the McWane Center… it was a lot of fun.

Anyone got a fishing pole?

I saw some really big fish…

No fish... but lots of Ducks!

…and got to play in the water myself!

I’ve been getting very close to walking, too.

Stand up... then step!

After practicing around the house…

Can you get my Piggies again?

…I went to see Mimi…

Da, can you call the cat over here?

…and Da, to show them what I’d learned to do.

I don't think this is the best way to learn how to walk!

Brandon’s been very excited that I can walk now.

Spinning around with Mom!

Riding on the Carousel with Mom.

A Busy Winter!!

A Busy Winter!!

After all of the Christmas and Birthday excitement, the beginning of 2002 was pretty slow.  But it picked up soon…

It's not Frosty...

It snowed in January.  We don’t see it that often…

Snow Mower.

…so it takes a little while to figure out what to do with it.

Caleb had a birthday in February.

Happy Birthday, Little Brother!

We had a great party for him.

Riding the Sled on the Carousel

He’s big enough to ride the Carousel with me now.

In March, I made my first trip to the McWane Center.

Ready to go!

We met some friends from church, and saw lots of cool things…

You mean there's more inside?

…even before we got inside.

Forget balancing those beach balls... This is more fun!

There were experiments…

Hakuna Matata!

…instruments to play with…

Geronimo!

… and big slides to go down.

Caleb! Watch me splash you!

You could even play in water, and not get wet.

Well, maybe not too wet.

To Infinity And Beyond!!!

In my homemade Buzz-Lightyear Spaceship!
