Thank you for your reply. I, and the others affected, look forward to hearing from someone today.
However, I would also appreciate it if you could also bring this matter to the attention of someone in customer service. The issue has gone beyond a technical issue, to a customer support issue as well. The fact that the XM listener care / customer service department has been unable to provide any true assistance or information is aggravating beyond belief.
I’m not sure if you were copied on my original email, so I have taken the liberty of pasting it below, to provide you with some background information.
